Made in Australia
Planning cabinetry?
Start with your room and what you need to store. Keep the questions you cannot yet answer in your project brief.
Prepare your briefWhere is the cabinetry made?
Made in Australia. Our wardrobes and laundry cabinetry are manufactured from cabinet sheet goods using high-end German-made CNC machines.
What cabinetry can I explore?
Made-to-measure wardrobes and laundry cabinetry. Hanging space, drawers and shelving can be planned around what you need to store. Specific configurations and the final scope need to be agreed for each project.
What are the cabinets made from?
Made in Australia from cabinet sheet goods, processed using German-made CNC machines. Board finishes, edge treatments and hardware options need to be confirmed for each project. The cabinetry is not described as solid-wood joinery.
What should I include in a project brief?
Start with the room and suburb or postcode, the items you need to store and what is not working today. Add approximate room dimensions if you have them, your planned budget and any access or timing constraints. The tool on the homepage helps you download those details together.
Who measures and approves the design?
Measuring responsibilities, drawing review and design approval steps have not yet been confirmed. These need to be agreed before manufacture. Approximate dimensions in a project brief are a starting point, not approved manufacturing dimensions.
Are supply, delivery and installation available in my area?
The available services, service areas and who is responsible for delivery and installation still need to be confirmed. Include your suburb or postcode in your brief so this can be established before you proceed.
What does laundry cabinetry include?
The scope described on this website is cabinetry. Appliance supply, plumbing and electrical work are not confirmed inclusions. Note the appliances and other trades involved so the boundaries of the project can be agreed.
How much will my cabinetry cost?
There is no published price range. Pricing needs to be established for the agreed dimensions, layout, board finish, hardware and service scope. Your planned budget in the brief is your own allowance, not a quotation or an indication of Savile Robe pricing.
How long will it take?
No standard lead time has been confirmed. Include your preferred timing and any fixed building or moving dates in your brief. A programme needs to be agreed for the actual project.
Can I view finishes or visit the premises?
The address is 252 Lower Dandenong Road, Mordialloc VIC 3195. Visiting and sample-viewing arrangements have not yet been confirmed. Please confirm arrangements before travelling.
How does the project-brief tool work?
Choose the room and add the information you have. You can review, copy or download a text version. Nothing is sent to Savile Robe and the website does not save your entries. This prepares your requirements; it does not submit an enquiry or create an order.
